It all began on the Bannisters’ Farm, when Rob and Hilary Bannister, farmers on the Yorkshire Wolds, decided to diversify further into the food chain, founding Farmhouse Potato Bakers Limited in 1985.
A couple of decades later and now a husband-wife-daughter-daughter team, they are so proud of our products that they decided to put their name on the packs and in 2007, the brand, Bannisters’ Farm, was born.
Bannisters’ Farm is fast becoming the recognised potato baking name in retail and foodservice. As a down-to-earth Yorkshire farming family, uniting the traditional values with the requirements of busy modern life is at the heart of the business, as well as their spuds, of course, which are anything but humble!
